Handheld signal generator/signal calibrator
The overall circuit design of the machine is centered around a large-scale integrated circuit dual integration A/D converter, which has signal output and testing functions. Its technical performance meets the calibration standards of Type II and Type III automation instruments, and its working environment complies with the relevant provisions of Group II instruments in GB6587.1-86 "General Principles for Environmental Testing of Electronic Measuring Instruments".
Handheld signal generator/signal calibrator2、 Function and Features
LCD display with a font height of 22mm.
※ Over range display shows "1".
Output 24V DC power supply, which can be used as a 24V DC working power supply for two-wire instruments.
There are 0-10V, 0-20mV, 0-200mV, 0-200mA, and 0-22mA DC signal output levels, which can be used as input or output signals for II and III type instruments. During on-site verification, various II and III type instruments can be simulated.
There are DC signal measurement modes of 200V, 20V, 200mV, 100mA, and 20mA, which can be used to measure the working voltage, input and output voltage signals, and current signals of the instrument.
The instrument can work simultaneously to output 24V power, output DC signals, and measure functional states.
The instrument has a four and a half digit LCD display, which displays the output value, measurement value, and unit separately by rotating the switch.
A sealed case has been designed according to international safety standards, and the battery cover has been removed.
